Your privacy matters. Here's exactly how Caidee handles your information.

The Short Version

Caidee does not collect, store, or share your personal information. Period.

We don't ask for your name. We don't ask for your Social Security number. We don't create accounts. When you use our tools, the information you enter is processed instantly and never saved to our servers.

What Happens When You Use Caidee

Eligibility Checker

When you fill out the eligibility form, your answers (age, income, household size, etc.) are sent to our server to calculate your result. Once the result is displayed, your information is immediately discarded. We do not save your answers, your results, or any identifying information. It works like a calculator — you get your answer, and the inputs are gone.

Document Organizer

When you check off documents in the organizer, that progress is saved to your device's browser storage (localStorage) — not to our server. This means:

  • Only you can see your checklist progress
  • It stays on your phone/computer
  • We never receive or see it
  • If you clear your browser data, it's gone

Asset Calculator & Look-Back Checker

All calculations happen directly in your browser using JavaScript. The financial information you enter (bank balances, property values, transfers) is never sent to our server. It stays entirely on your device and disappears when you close the page.

Timeline Tracker

Your application date is saved to your browser's localStorage only. We do not receive or store it.

DHS Office Finder

When you search for an office by city, no personal information is involved. We do not collect your location data.

What We Do NOT Do

Data Security

Since we don't store personal data, there is no database of user information that could be breached or leaked. Your information exists only in your browser while you're using the tool, and only on your device if you use features with localStorage.

To clear any locally saved data (like document checklist progress), simply clear your browser's site data or use your browser's "Clear browsing data" function.
